Pricing is quoted by repair. A preliminary estimate can be given upon
receipt of detailed photos. However an accurate estimate can only be
given by physical examination.
Shipping to and from Pippi Llini Dolls is under the responsibility of the
owner. Upon receipt of the doll or bear, a final and accurate estimate
will be specified and sent to the owner for review. When the owner
accepts the quote, he/she will return this signed to Pippi Llini Dolls.
A deposit of half of the estimate is required before restoration work
can begin. The remaining amount is due when the work is completed
and before the doll is returned to you.

business days of receiving your order by email. No exchanges, returns
or refunds without return or exchange authorization. We do not
accept returns of custom made clothes.
